KDR is happy to announce commencement of two new Advisory Services. KDR will assist a major West Australian Public Sector organisation prepare a comprehensive Cloud Transition Strategy. KDR will help deliver a strategy covering the technology platform and cloud service-providers, along with the processes and governance required to manage the cloud services. KDR’s deliverables will provide a framework to guide the agency in a significant transition program designed to improve agility and increase the scalability of IT resources.
KDR will also work with a second State Government agency to develop an Active Directory Optimisation Strategy. This will assist the agency plan a migration to a more effective identity management environment. KDR’s approach will focus on optimisation overall governance, the logical and physical design, and the AD content.
