ICT Integration Program Management Services

KDR has been engaged by the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage to provide a range of ICT Program Management Services across all ICT integration projects underway at DPLH. The scope of work will include project governance and oversight, managing and directing all project reporting, driving and supporting a cooperative and collaborative culture, engaging with senior stakeholders, and supporting and coaching project managers managing a subset of the program.
