WA’s land use planning system is operated by the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage, and deals with thousands of planning proposal each year in accordance with strict decision-making timelines. To increase flexibility and assist with future growth, DPLH has commenced a project to upgrade both the internal planning IT solution, along with the associated online lodgement customer portals.
KDR is please to have been selected as DPLH’s Project Management partner to assist the Department transition to a new system. KDR will work with DPLH on a significant program of work to plan, lead and manage the project, lead change management activities, assist with Enterprise Architecture and Business Analysis activities, along with producing Journey Maps and UX Designs.
