KDR will assist the Department of Fire and Emergency Services manage a project to deliver a workforce management solution that extends across the entire emergency management workforce (including core emergency response staff, volunteers, support staff and external contractors). The solution will result in a single system interface to ensure safe and efficient workforce managed across a range of emergency management scenarios.
