Business Analysis at the Department of Finance

The Department of Finance is launching a project to implement Multi-Factor Authentication for its internet-facing web application systems, targeting external customers and the WA public. Key project objectives include enhancing cyber security, aligning with the overall WA Digital Strategy, and future-proofing the Department’s systems. KDR will provide business analysis services to assist the Department build user requirements and functional specifications, provide recommendations on the migration approach, and identifying overall business impacts of the new solution. Important requirements include ensuring the migration is fit for purpose, and will meet ongoing legislative, policy, procedural and user requirements.
