Department of Communities Program Management

KDR will provide further Program Management services for the Department of Communities. KDR will continue to assist the Department manage a number of concurrent strategic projects within the Department’s Corporate Operations Division. This will include developing and implementing an overall governance framework, and effectively coordinating all projects and project interdependencies.
